Territory managers deliver personalized support and full-spectrum F&I solutions to dealers and consumers. Training directors offer on-site and virtual training sessions on a multitude of F&I and sales-related topics. Marketing professionals manage dealership technologies and dealer relations, ensuring efficiencies between our team and yours and maximizing customer service.

Claims
The Claims Team is tasked with adjudicating vehicle protection product claims. They have substantial experience as dealership parts and/or service professionals. Their industry knowledge and dedication to customer service ensures that claims are handled proficiently.

Underwriting & Cancellation
The Underwriting & Cancellation Team is charged with vehicle protection product underwriting and product cancelations. They demonstrate responsiveness, experience, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Accounting
